Exclusive Rising Stars: Get To Know Talent & Beauty – Actress Marina Lazaris!

Marina Lazaris is a British Actress known for her roles in “100 Bullets”, “The Visitors”, and “Blue Moon”. Marina has some great projects in the works coming up in film and also a new book coming out! Read below our exclusive interview with Actress Marina Lazaris:

Q: Where are you originally from?

Marina Lazaris – A: I was born in the UK, but I am multi-ethnic as my grandparents are Irish, Ukrainian, and Greek-Cyprus.

Q: Marina, you are constantly evolving and rising in the entertainment industry by impressing the with your talents! What motivates you and inspires you to be the best at your profession in acting and do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers or directors that you want to work with in the business?

Marina Lazaris – A: What inspired me to get back into acting was when I started professionally coaching other people to live a life of passion and purpose. I had to be a walking example to others. Without acting I wouldn’t have got through my divorce in lockdown.

Acting lights me up, it always has done. It’s better than having sex. My inspiration is to inspire people to never give up, to never stop doing what they love, and it’s never about the end goal, it’s about going towards what you love daily and never giving up.

People that I dream of working with….I don’t know them to be honest. I just want to work with nice people with good hearts and genuine souls. I don’t watch TV and haven’t watched tv in about 3 years. When I act, it comes from my own perspective.

Q: You have a great look, a mix of Hollywood’s girl next door with gorgeous glam ! As an actress, What would you say is your fav genre in roles you play (Drama, Comedy, Action, Thriller, a little bit of all)?

Marina Lazaris – A: I think anything that depicts duality shows, the human experience, the light and the dark side. Drama and action are my favorite genres. I love to play strong characters with a lot of depth.

Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other secret talents you have and or like to do in your spare time?

Marina Lazaris – A: I’m writing a book on love and relationships. I was born on Valentine’s Day my souls mission is to to assist the world with raise love consciousness. You are love embodied, we all get lost and look outside of ourselves for love I certainly did for my 40th birthday this Valentine’s Day I will be creating an event about self love and my own meditation/ hypnosis tracks for people the rise through love.

Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on now?

Marina Lazaris – A: I’m working on a feature film project at the moment about a Ukrainian refuge that’s being taken advantage of. She is a strong woman, and she gets her revenge in the film.

I have an upcoming feature film set in the 70’s mods and rockers era where I play a police officer and single mom, another strong female figure, which is the kind of character who I am in my own way.
