Ben Ulrich is a talented rising actor in the entertainment industry. He has starred in numerous films and recently confirmed new projects! Read below our exclusive Q & A with Actor Ben Ulrich!
Q: Where are you originally from and where are you located now on the map?
Ben Ulrich – A: I’m born and raised in Munich, Germany, and moved to Los Angeles by the age of 19.
Q: As a rising actor, what motivates you and inspires you to be the best at your profession, and what do you love most about acting?
Ben Ulrich – A: Overall, my goal is to be an actor that people really can connect with and who is able to convincingly tell the audience a story in a long-lasting, touching, and also entertaining way. The better I get as an actor, the more entertaining it gets for people, so therefore I’m constantly improving my craft, and acting is the number one thing that I always strived to do, so I have incredible joy pursuing the craft!
Q: Do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers, or directors that you want to work with in the business?
Ben Ulrich – A: Just about anyone who shares the passion for creating film and has a good time doing so!
Q: What would you say is your fav genre in roles you play( Drama, Comedy, Crime, Action, a little bit of all?
Ben Ulrich – A: I love roles that include comedy because it blends well with almost any other genre. Ultimately, I aim to play roles that resonate with audiences and bring them joy!
Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other secret talents you have and/or like to do in your spare time ?
Ben Ulrich – A: Sure! When I was younger, I was slicing veggies by simply throwing cards at them, which really drove my family crazy because the kitchen was usually a mess, as you can imagine. My more serious talents include playing guitar or piano, and I’ve been passionate about tennis since childhood.
Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on now?
Ben Ulrich – A: My latest role as Tom in the movie Featuring Ella recently premiered in Berlin and just finished running in cinemas. The story is based around a comedy/musical genre, and Tom is someone who you could probably describe as a typical rebel. It was incredible fun to shoot, especially because I had the chance to have a scene with Milan Peschel, who played the teacher. I’ve always enjoyed watching his movies.
