Charlie Sheen is dead serious about not paying Brooke Mueller any child support. Brook has gone in and out of rehab more than 10 times! She recently gave her kids to Charlie’s second ex wife Denise Richards and now she wants child support. Charlie is furious and doesn’t want to give her anything because she doesn’t have custody of the boys anymore.
