Ross Pino is a talented and creative artist born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and currently residing in NYC. Ross started skateboarding at the age of 13, he developed a strong sense of style and a love for fashion after finding a new family to grow up with in the skate culture. Skateboarding also introduced him to some of the industry’s best music, as well as a highly creative outlet for fashion and art. As he improved his skateboarding skills, he began to make moves in the skateboard community, gaining sponsors and touring from city to city.

At the age of 20, he found himself in the heart of New York City, where he would begin a productive career as a model and actor. After a few years of climbing the ladder in fashion and entertainment, he discovered that he was not as fulfilled as he thought to be through these channels, which led him back to expressing himself through creative avenues such as writing and art. He grew infatuated with painting the moment he picked up a can of paint and a paint brush and couldn’t put it down. Ross Pino is a self-taught artist.

His obsession with light and darkness, good and evil, right and wrong, yin and yang angles, and demons has played a significant role in his artistic career. He integrates numerical synchronicity that has occurred in his life since he began painting. While his work might be gloomy and mysterious at times, he considers himself a conceptual artist that incorporates hidden messages and a strong spiritual undercurrent throughout. His work aims to show individuals how to find their inner child and heal from a false identity that we might sometimes let have too much influence in our day-to-day lives.
