Sean Daniel Ohlman is an American Actor known for his role as Torbin in The Hostess City (2019), Boneyards TV-Series playing the role of River and The Forgotten as Erik. Read below our exclusive Q & A with Rising Actor Sean Ohlman as he shares about his recent film projects and more!
Q: Sean, where are you originally from and where are you located now on the map?

Sean Ohlman -A : I am originally from and currently live in Wheaton, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.
Q: As a rising actor what motivates and inspires you to be the best at your profession and what do you love most about acting?

Sean Ohlman -A :I am motivated by my love for acting. I love acting so much because it helps me understand people more, and through that I gain more empathy, which in turn helps me grow as a person to be not only the best actor I can be but the best me I can be.
Q: Can you name some of your favorite actors or filmmakers you’d want to work with in the future?

Sean Ohlman -A :That’s a tough one, but I would have to say my favorite actor is tied between Matthew McConaughey and Woody Nelson, and my favorite filmmakers are Scorsese as well and Michael Mann. I would absolutely love the opportunity to work with any of them, if not all of them!
Q: What are some of your favorite genre in roles you play?

Sean Ohlman -A :I love all genres; however, I definitely gravitate towards more dark comedy-driven films/shows.

Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on now?

Sean Ohlman -A :My first ever starring role in a film was released back in October. “Death Streamer” is available on Tubi. I play the ancient vampire Arturo Valenor; it is also my first appearance in a horror film, which was a lot of fun to dip my toes in. I am also currently in writing mode, working on a couple of projects of my own, which I will open up more about the further they develop!
