Exclusive: Get To Know Rising American Actor Jacob Zipperlen!

Jacob Zipperlen is an American Actor most known for his roles The Lost Son Returns as the Duke (2025), The Last Time (2025) and She’s Back (2025). Q: Where are you originally from and where are you based now?

Jacob Zipperlen – A: I am originally from Cloverdale, California. I now live in Pleasant Hill, California.

Q: Rising in the industry, what motivates and inspires you to be the best at your profession in acting? And do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers, or directors that you want to work with in the business?

Jacob Zipperlen – A: Three of my favorite actors are Harrison Ford, Kurt Russell, and Anthony Hopkins. What motivates me is my love for storytelling and bringing characters to life—there’s nothing like it. I’m truly passionate about it.

Q: What is your favorite genre when it comes to the roles you play—Drama, Comedy, Action, Thriller, or a little bit of all?

Jacob Zipperlen – A: I like all of them, especially Westerns.

Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other talents you have or like to do in your spare time?

Jacob Zipperlen – A: I love to play golf, and being at the ocean soothes my soul. I am also an artist and work mainly in acrylics.

Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on?

Jacob Zipperlen – A: I just wrapped a period piece set in the 1400s, where I played a villain in The Lost Son Returns as The Duke (Vertical short), I also recently completed a run in San Francisco at the Phoenix Theater, performing in a multimedia play where I portrayed multiple characters.
