Reynee Long is an American actress and film stuntwoman known for her roles in “Angel at the Crossroads,” “Freedom,” “Blind Date,” and many more films. Reynee has bases in both the United States and Europe. Read further, as we had the chance to do an exclusive Q&A with Rising Actress Reynee Long!

Q: Where are you originally from and where are you located now on the map?

Reynee Long – A: I am originally from Alaska. I grew up in a very small town (population of 500) on a farm off the grid. Currently, I split my time between Texas and Alaska.

Q: As a rising actress, what motivates you and inspires you to be the best at your profession and what do you love most about acting?

Reynee Long – A: Working with other creatives inspires me. When I talk to a writer, director, or producer, I see the spark of passion in their eyes, hear it in their voice when they tell me about the project. That inspires me to help them tell their story to the best of my ability.

I love that as an actor, I have the ability to give someone a break from their reality, to inspire them to do or be more than they thought, to tell the stories no one knows or that may have been forgotten.

Q: Do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers, or directors that you want to work with in the business?

Reynee Long – A: That’s a tough question. There are so many incredible people in the industry that would be phenomenal to work beside. As far as actors, I would love to work with Keanue Reeves and Tom Hanks because they are so grounded and genuine. Goldie Hawn and Melissa McCarthy, I think, would be a hoot on set.

Q: What would you say is your fav genre in roles you play( Drama, Comedy, Crime, Action, a little bit of all) ?

Reynee Long – A: Action is my favorite with drama, crime, and rom-coms tied for second.

Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other secret talents you have or like to do in your spare time ?

Reynee Long – A: In addition to acting, I have started stunt training. I have been known to stop in the middle of the road to help turtles cross to the other side safely. I look under rocks to see what’s there. I studied slime mold in college.

Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on now?

Reynee Long – A: Three recent projects are No One Cries for David, directed by Marcus Davila, is a true story about what a child went through to escape extreme torment and bullying from those that he should have been able to trust.

An Even Score, directed by Avai d’Amico, is a TV crime/mystery.

And Freedom, directed by Tane McClure, is a true modern day western romance.
