Q: Where are you originally from and where are you based now?

Kiara Kastle – A: I’m German, but I was fortunate to grow up in the Canary Islands, so I tend to say I’m from there. German, but Spanish by heart. Now I’m based in LA. I moved here first in 2020, and now I’ve been back for two years.

Q: Kiara, as a rising actress in the industry what motivates you and inspires you to be the best at your profession in acting and do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers or directors that you want to work with in the business?

Kiara Kastle – A: It motivates me when others get inspired by what I do. When it comes to acting, or dance, or my art in general, to move people is the ultimate goal.

I get inspired by everything around me, and I think it’s important for me to immerse myself in the world to be able to create complex characters. I have loved people watching since I was a little girl, and I still do it now when I’m riding the bus in LA or at supermarkets. I have perfected the skill.I would love to work with French director Luc Besson. I’m obsessed with action movies, and I really like his writing and style.

Q: What would you say is your fav genre in roles you play  (Drama, Comedy, Action, Thriller, a little bit of all)?

Kiara Kastle – A: I would love to do it all, of course; action and drama are the ones that excite me the most, and comedy scares me the most. I have fun with them all, so I don’t think I can pick.

Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other secret talents you have and or like to do in your spare time?

Kiara Kastle – A: Well, I’m also a dancer, and I love the ocean; that comes naturally from growing up on a small surfer island, so any chance I get, I go for a swim. Something people may not know about me is that I think I can do anything I want if I put my mind to it, and therefore I think I can DIY anything I want. I also call it being a skilful delusional. Right now, I’m getting into Papier-Mâché, and I just finished a mirror.

Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on?

Kiara Kastle – A: I’m currently in the midst of rehearsals for two plays that I’ll be performing at the start of next year: “The Seagul” by Anton Chekhov and “Machupichu Texas” by Timothy McNeil.

Q: What are your official social sites on the web we can follow ?

Kiara Kastle – A: Yes! You can follow me on Kiara_kastle. I use the same name for all socials.
