Jordan Destin is a well trained professional actor, producer and owner of Destin Films. Jordan has recently Co-star on a Netflix Show ‘Huge in France’ dir. Andrew Mogel & Jarrad Paul and a supporting role on Amazon Prime movie ‘Red Carpet dir Scott Altman. He has great projects lined up in the industry! Read below our exclusive interview with Actor & Producer Jordan Destin:
Q: Where are you originally from and where are you located now on the map?’
Jordan Destin – A: I was born and raised in France, I have been in Los Angeles for the last 8 years.
Q: Jordan, you’ve followed your passion for the arts leading you to already becoming apart of many productions and rising to success In the industry. How did you get started in the entertainment industry?
Jordan Destin – A: I started by doing little jobs: extra, stand in, model, production assistant, I always wanted to get my hands on as many departments as possible to learn various jobs and also I like to expend my network by working with people from every background.
Q: Do you have a top 3 favorite actors, filmmakers, or directors that you most admire and want to work with in the business?
Jordan Destin – A: It is difficult to only choose 3 persons but the Actors/Filmmakers I’m looking up to are Brian Cranston, Al Pacino, Matthew McConaughey & Quentin Tarentino (sorry that’s 4:)
Q: As an actor, what would you say is your fav genre in roles you play( Drama, Comedy, Crime, Action, a little bit of all) ?
Jordan Destin – A: I love to be a versatile Actor, to play various characters with multiple layers, I enjoy drama, action, crime and I want to perfect Comedy, the art of making people laugh isn’t easy but it’s so rewarding.
Q: Can you share with us something people may not know about you? Any hobbies or other secret talents you have and or like to do in your spare time aside from acting ?
Jordan Destin – A: I’m a world traveler, I enjoy cooking, playing ball, biking, running, hiking anything that involves the outdoor, on my spare time I like to catch up with Friends and always ready to go watch a movie at the theater.
Q: What are some projects that you’ve just wrapped up recently or that you’re currently working on now?
Jordan Destin – A: I recently played the role of Rukan in the feature film: ‘The Devil’s Fortune’ directed by Rubidium Wu, Rukan is a ruthless Iraqi Soldier sent to America to recoup the late dictator’s stolen fortune. I’m also producing and starring in a Pilot destined for TV; ‘ Foolproof’, it is the story of 2 brothers who have one last job to do; a bank heist, in order to clear their dad’s debt but not everything will go as planned.
