Our Client & We as or Celebz Treasure agreement terms and conditions are:
Definitions: Client – individual moving forward with said services and payment.
All parties stated above, as appropriate and involved understand and agree as follows:
Singular and plural: Where the context so indicates or requires, each term stated in the singular includes the plural, and each term stated in the plural includes the singular.
Invoices details payment for service and email communication may also indicate services in agreement.
Talent Press & Website Design
Website Design
Client agrees to authorize domain purchase on their behalf for this service that includes website design, modifications, and content writing. Client will be provided modifications for review. Moderate modifications can be made until the website design appears to clients satisfaction. This service includes custom web design design, it will come with 1 year pre paid hosting, 1 yr domain purchase that will be paid for on behalf of client with this service.
Services & Talent Publication
Services include web design, digital brand identity planning, content writing, online talent article publications.
Movie Releases & Other Production Information
Materials and information provided for publication should be authentic and allowed to be released. Client may release information for publication if allowed and that is not tied to an active non disclosure agreement or other related.
Content Writing & Photos
Photo credits may be used if allowed or required for photo usage online. Client will have pre written press releases, articles and other communications for public distribution, as appropriate and directed for Client. The process involves Planning, researching, strategic branding, marketing, maintenance, draft and revision are included. Client may also be asked to provide information in writing if needed for special circumstances including interviews for publications, if preferred.
Media Contact & Communication.
Communication of both parties in order to exchange information primarily in regards to articles and approval of content. We will establish and maintain effective contact with client, media representatives per inquiry as appropriate and reply to media inquiries, seek out new opportunities and notify client in all required circumstances or upon request.
Payment
Email exchange agreements and invoice will detail payment agreed upon for services. One time payment, see detailed in invoice.
Project Time frame
All projects are done efficiently. Upon inquiry, Client may provide a timely basis with the information and materials necessary for services to be performed timely. Timeframe can be provided by client if specific date is required and the expectation will be set to be met at that timeframe.
Accuracy & Completeness
The Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of the information that it provides and concerning the Client’s self, products, services, organization, and industry, and the Client represents and warrants that all information and materials that it provides is rightfully owned by the Client and does not violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and does not cause any harm.
In best light of what Client needs, we will make best decisions for client on article publications and also ask for approvals of content when needed before sending for publication. Content may be sent to be approved for publication and on instances when something is sent for publication and there may be small edits we will make changes to the content that client may not need continuous notifications for. Once material is sent to the press or to another third party, its use is no longer under our control or to further modify or remove based upon the specific source, sometimes it may be modified depending on the website.The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless in this terms of its celebz treasure, any employees, freelancers, contractors, licensees, and agents related from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, any harm, injury , defects and anything else related. Client authorizes when needed to open accounts on behalf of client, including hosting for this service, domain purchase, email account set up we may open user accounts for publication and we will provide client information at all times to access which client may modify later.
We will be purchasing services, materials, and media on for client, and the Client agrees that all orders placed on the Client’s behalf and other persons may state the same. The Client acknowledges that CelebzTreasure may, from time to time, use affiliated companies, consultants, and others including/or independent (sub)contractors in the performance of Services hereunder. This statement shall serve as such client notice. We will try absolute best to fulfill Clients needs and try to find great opportunities for press to boost image, but as most others, we don’t guarantee specific or overall results or returns. Parties agree there are many factors outside of our control, including the Client, consumer and market products, services, prices, quality, demand, competition and behavior, preferences and reviews, technology changes, the economy, and major events, that we cannot make any absolute guarantees, warranties, chargebacks, or refunds Generally there are no refunds unless there is a duplicate charges. To resolve anything needed and in the unlikely event of dispute, the claiming party can write the exact details and discuss with sixty days notice. During those days, Parties will cooperate and engage in substantive, good-faith negotiations to resolve their differences. If the differences between the Parties are not resolved within sixty days the Parties will engage in mediation shared equally between them. However, we will always have communicate with client to make sure client is fulfilled and of service and modifications on authorized places will be made until it is so until client is satisfied with work.
Digital PR. This is a digital pr service, we may share or republish work online, unless client writes otherwise.
Ownership of materials: Materials must be authorized for use from Client . We may do research on other public available sources to obtain photography for of client in relation to services. Client may review drafts and provide approval or removal of items and verify upon acceptances that is is allowed to be used including all original copy including, layouts, certain content if quoted, artwork, designs, and publicity materials, including digital content, social media property, brochures, manuals, signage, and other materials (collectively, “Materials”) prepared, purchased, or furnished . Likewise, the Client acknowledges that anything needing credits or copyright, Client must own. Result and success story of Materials to industry can be shown shows and posting them on website.
Integration: Email communication and invoices can additionally be used to support as basis for information of services, cost and agreement.
This terms and condition will be linked to the invoice. Upon moving forward and continuing with payment, the Parties acknowledge they have read the Agreement, they understand its terms, and they agree to be bound by the Agreement. Upon moving forward with services and completing payment, the Client represents and warrants it has read and understands all of the Terms and Conditions that shall govern this agreement and binds itself by such Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of services and/or initial payment per the Terms and Conditions represents acceptance of this agreement.
Confidential
We hold confidentiality in information Client provides shall be considered confidential and sensitive unless expressly declared otherwise.
