Alexandra Taveras is a talented singer performing on stages for the hottest A-List Singers in the music industry! She has formed a new group called ‘A Tempo’ and has some amazing new music out. Read our exclusive interview with Singer Alexandra Taveras:
Q: Where are you originally from and where are you located now?
Alexandra Taveras – A: I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, my parents are from the Dominican Republic. I recently moved to Florida.
Q: Alexandra, you are a talented singer and you’ve performed live with the hottest musical artist including Marc Anthony! what is your favorite part of performing and who have been some of your musical aspirations growing up?
Alexandra Taveras – A: Yes indeed, I have been very blessed and privileged to have worked with some of the best artists on the planet! My favorite part of performing is doing live concerts in front of thousands of adoring fans! The adrenaline you get from watching so many people enjoy what you do for a living is priceless. There are so many artists as well as teachers who inspired me while I was growing up, that I feel like it would be unfair to name some and leave others out!
Q: Do you have any new or recently finished projects you can share with us?
Alexandra Taveras – A: Yes! During the pandemic (since we were not working) a few of the guys from our Marc Anthony band and I, started a new project which we called “A Tempo”. We have 4 singles out already and the group has been well received by the fans.
Q: When you are not in the recording studio or in concerts, what hobbies or other secret talents do you have and or love to do in your spare time?
Alexandra Taveras – A:I am always doing something! I love learning new things. During the pandemic I started doing translations for attorneys. I took a liking to the legal system, and I am now studying to take the exam to become a certified legal translator as well as a paralegal! I am also a huge animal lover and love spending time with my 3 dogs.
